How do I let you know what I want on my custom item?
You can leave all your personalization details in the "Notes" section at checkout 📝. If you have a specific vision or forgot to add your details, don’t stress! You can simply send us a message on WhatsApp with your order number, and we’ll get it sorted for you. 📲

Will I see the design before it's made?
Yes! Because we value transparency, our graphic designer sends all designs through for your final approval before anything is cut or printed 🖥️✨. We also send a high-quality photo of your finished items before we seal your parcel. This ensures you’re 100% happy with the result before it leaves our hands. 📸💌

I need a personalised item urgently! Do you offer rush orders?
We know some celebrations come up fast! 🏃💨 If you’re in a time crunch, please WhatsApp us before placing your order. We’ll let you know if we can fast-track your creation to meet your deadline. This depends on stock availability, but we will pull out ALL the stops to get you what you need ASAP! 🏁✨ (Please remember to factor in shipping time!)
- How long will my order take to create?
Each item is handmade with care in our studio 🛠️🤍.
In-Stock Items: Standard processing is 3–5 business days. This usually applies to custom gift bags & boxes, can glasses, champagne flutes, custom ribbons, keychains, single decals, iron-ons, and cake toppers. 🎈
Out-of-Stock Items: These will take 2–3 weeks. This usually includes large orders of plastic bottles, stainless steel flutes, satin bags, and eye masks 💤.
Note: We keep a small stockholding, so timelines really depend on the specific color and quantity you require! 🥂
