Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options within South Africa via PAXI and PUDO. Please note that delivery times are estimates and apply after our standard production lead time.

Important Shipping Details:

  • Service Points: For "Store to Store" or "Locker" options, please ensure you monitor your SMS/Whatsapp for collection notifications from the courier.

  • Fragile Items: We recommend selecting the PUDO Locker option for items that require extra care, as Paxi services are strictly for non-fragile goods.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via SMS/Whatsapp as soon as your parcel is dropped off at the starting point.

    How to Select Your Collection Point

    To ensure your custom items reach you smoothly, please follow these steps when choosing a PUDO Locker or Paxi Store-to-Store option:

    1. Find Your Nearest Point

    Before completing your purchase, use the official locators to find your preferred collection spot:

    • For PUDO: Visit the PUDO Locker Map and find your nearest locker name (e.g., "PUDO - Shell Select Milnerton").

    • For PAXI: Use the PAXI Point Locator to find your 7-digit Paxi Code or the store name (e.g., "PEP Killarney Gardens - 7842").

    2. Add the Details at Checkout

    When you reach your Cart or Checkout page:

    • Look for the "Delivery Instructions" box.

    • Type in the name of the Locker or the Paxi Store Name/Code you selected.

    • Example: "Please deliver to PUDO Locker: [Locker Name]" or "Paxi Store: [Store Name/Code]"

    3. Receiving Your Parcel

    Once your order arrives at the locker or store:

    • PAXI: You will receive an SMS with a unique PIN. Take this PIN and your ID to the PEP/Paxi point to collect.

    • PUDO: You will receive a notification via SMS/Email with a collection code. Simply enter the code at the locker to open it.

      • Note: PUDO parcels must be collected within 36 hours of arrival, or they may be returned to the courier hub.
