Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is custom-made to your specific requirements, which means we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once production has begun.

Quality Guarantee

While we do not offer returns for change of mind or user error, your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly replace or refund any item if:

  • The product arrived damaged during transit once proof thereof is provided.

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

  • The customization does not match the specifications provided at the time of purchase.

Important Note

Please double-check all spelling, design choices, and sizing before finalizing your order. We produce exactly what is submitted, and we cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return query, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
